Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – Definitive Edition will get physical in December

Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – Definitive Edition gets physical release in December. That is what sources from the Polish platform PPE claim.

According to the sources, this only concerns the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch versions of the game. The PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X and S versions are expected to hit stores in 2022.

An official release date for the remasters has not yet been announced. According to previous rumors, Rockstar would release the games in November for consoles and PC – possibly only digitally for the next-gen versions. A mobile version is also planned for next year.

Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – Definitive Edition includes Grand Theft Auto 3, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, and Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. Rockstar says the games have been updated for modern platforms and include various visual improvements and other tweaks. However, the classic “look and feel” of the trilogy must be preserved.
