Stalker 2: Heart of Chernobyl may be delayed to this fall.
Ukrainian YouTuber OLDboi claims to have heard this. OLDboi has previously interviewed the game’s developer, Ukraine-based GSC Game World, through which he may have good ties to the company.
According to OLDboi, the news of the postponement should be revealed during the next gameplay presentation sometime this spring. GSC Game World would not release the news yet, because it first wants to get as many reservations as possible in order to earn money.
Stalker 2 is still officially out on April 28. The game will initially only be available on Xbox Series X and S and PC, as the game will be console-exclusive for three months on Xbox. OLDboi therefore claims that the possible delay ensures that the PS5 version will not be released until the end of this year or early 2023.
